It was alright
Decent service. Pool. Decent drinks. They don't expect credit cards, though. So be warned. They have an ATM but I try to stay away from those fees.

Disappointed this time
I have been to Petes Bar before, and experienced icy cold beer and great service. This visit no love came our way. Ordered 3 beers, 2.75 each..gave Jesse a 10 spot, and he automatically kept our change. Ordered 2 beers, he did it again. We are not cheap people. But to assume, that you can keep our change for a tip w out asking is pretty presumptuous. We also had to flag him down several times for service as he continued to chit chat w the regs. Then my daughter went to the restroom and witnessed an addict crawling around on the floor. Then we saw the bartender send someone in to check on her. Jesse then proceeded to follow her outside. Not cool service this time. Previously we had a female bartender who was personable and customer oriented. My hubs is a terrific tipper but after this guy kept our change x3 w out asking, no additional tip was left. No food is served at this bar and it was not crowded....so how bout some service? For the past 3 years I have stopped into this establishment when I travel, not sure I will patronize again.
