Our first stop in quite some time
Well Beer was cold and many choices to choose from. On the same road at Follow that Dream and Elvis movie was shot on. It is a pub. Pool tables and all. Cold sandwiches seems to be better but wife and I thought we would try the special. Cheese Steak Sub w/a side of chili. Just the bartender and the cook, so took a little time, plus it was around lunch time. Ordered some fries too. Meat in the sub was very tender, onions well cooked. Fries were good. Now the hoagie roll needed a little less time as it was overly crispy on the ends. The chili we got was very good with large chunks of burger. Bean were the large kidney beans which are not our favs, but they were extremely tender also.

Tasteless Alfredo
We ordered chicken alfredo and salmaon alfredo from this place on our recent visit to the Nature Coast of Florida. Alfredo usually has a strong parmesan and salt flavor. Neither of our dishes had any flavor. I kept adding salt to it to give it some. Also, the meals came with "garlic bread". Now in every place that I have ever ordered Italian food, I get Italian garlic bread. This place gave each of us two slices of white sandwich bread that had been buttered, garliced and fried. We also were disappointed that the prices that we observed online were not what we were charged. Crystal River is just down the road from Inglis and has a number of very good restaurants. Go there to find a good meal. Last, this place is more of a bar than a restaurant but has a full menu. In my short time there to pick up our order, it did not look like a place to bring the family.

Don't Waste Your Time
We tried this place on a Sunday night after fishing and didn't care for it. So we tried again on a Saturday afternoon. We will not be back. It's a local place, which is fine but the food was less than average both times. The beer prices are way to high. Our table had 3 beer, 1 soda, Cuban (very bland, no dressing), cheese sticks (not cooked enough), chicken fingers & fries and our bill was $45 before tip! What? How is that possible? Oh and the "server" didn't even come out from behind the bar to take our drink orders, she yelled it over the bar. Last time we went, we ordered wings and sat at the bar. The "bartender" was a little angry that we came in 45 mins before she closed and ordered food. She pretty much let us know that by being super rude! The wings come one way, "hot"! I can handle hot usually but this was beyond hot. No big deal. We won't be back. Shrimp landing, is right around the corner. We were in the parking lot we were in at first and should have just stayed there for lunch.
