Favorite Beach
Really great beach with quality water and quality sand. No pier or restaurants which keeps the tourist/drinking crowd down. The drum circle on was awesome! We spent a month in Nokomis and most nights after work we would go to the beach with two chairs and a little cooler to watch the gorgeous sunset. Best month of my life that I can recall. It brought us closer to each other and closer to spirituality. I miss it terribly and would move there in a NY minute.

Nice Beach
Loved visiting. We did watch the sunset at the beach and be aware that traffic is intense right after sunset on the weekends. It look us a half hour to go a half mile. If you can park farther away you can get our sooner.

Drum Circle and shelling
Enjoyed attending the Wed Drum Circle, get there early to find parking and bring chairs. Starts at 5 pm, glass bottles are not allowed on the beach. Drum circle also held Sat nights. Fun beach for swimming, strolling or shell collection!
