Malaysian batik artist and teacher Munirah is an Artist whose batik art workshops represent a tribute and a commitment to the authentic culture of her birthplace Malaysia. She grew up in northern Malaysia, attended boarding school in Kuala Lumpur, and later received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Miami. Through her workshop, she makes batiking accessible, fun and enjoyable for adult and children, with no experience necessary.
