Best Kayaking experience!
My rather large family booked a kayak and paddle board tour of Johns Pass with Mad Beach. I was surprised that we were starting in the intracoastal but our fabulous guide, Symphony, explained that the water was calmer and thus the trip easier, particularly with little ones. We paddled up to the sandbar and through the mangrove islands in the Pass. It was beautiful. Saw lots of dolphins and the little bird cove we went through was like a private oasis. Symphony was kind and patient with us, pointing out sea life, (the kids couldn't get over the jumping fish!) and all around gave us a great experience that the family is still talking about. She took tons of pictures and sent them to us free of charge. I highly recommend this company!

Great customer service!
High speed winds blew in on the day of our scheduled John’s Pass tour and Barrie reached out to reschedule. Unfortunately we were returning home the following morning but can’t wait to try it out next time we are in TI! Although we didn’t do the tour, I’m writing to share about Barrie’s communication and customer service. She was exceptional, professional and kind. She communicated about the challenging wind speeds early and offered us several other days and times to try to get us on the calendar. I know we will rebook with Mad Beach Paddlesports because of this excellent experience.

Great customer service for bikes and water tour
In March 2021 we rented bikes for a few days, and took a guided paddleboard (me) and kayak (husband) tour. Our bikes were dropped off and picked up at our Treasure Island condo. Barrie worked with us to plan the water tour based on tides and the weather forecast. The timing was perfect! We got to relax for a while on a sandbar, paddle under mangroves, and see a pod of dolphins. Symphony was the best tour guide we’ve ever had! She was so personable and made us feel really comfortable on the water. For great customer service, I would definitely recommend Mad Beach Paddlesports.
