Boat rental smooth operaton
Renting a boat for the day was a good experience. Online booking was easy and taking out the boat was no problem. The boat came with a GPS. As with any boating make sure you know where you are going with a map. Tampa Bay boating waters will be shallow at places. I will rent from here again and would recommend this business for rental of a boat. Doug from Pennsylvania

New Owner--much different
I had the worst experience you could have ever imagined from the previous owner in October of last year. I spent 4 months battling a very simple issue that was handled in the worst possible way. He was more interested in ignoring, fighting and being deceptive, than he was in ensuring his customers were taken care of. Ownership changed in January and I am writing this to commend the changes. The new owner contacted me, apologized for the conduct of the previous owner and wanted to inform me of his commitment to a great business. He offered to forgive the entire amount of our experience and continued to insist as I asked him to only forgive partial. He explained what he would have done if the situation happened now. He was reasonable, passionate about doing the right thing and apologetic for the ridiculous mannerism of the previous ownership. He took responsibility and was passionate about seeing that I was taken care of. I was extremely impressed that he stepped up like he did and made things right. You can feel comfortable that he will ensure your satisfaction and if you ever need anything, he will be available for you. A great change and I wish them all the success possible.

Great boating experience
Captain Stacy was really nice. He guided us to familiar with the boat and area. We rent the boat for 4 hours and went fishing on the sea. That was really the most unforgetable experience in our trip to Florida.
