A fun friendly stay with some suggestions
My son and I enjoyed the decor and comfy bed in the pirate-themed room, we also appreciated the fun treasure chest cracking game for the Lego mini figures. All staff members were very friendly and professional, and our favorite was our server at the Bricks restaurant for yummy breakfast in the morning, Lizbeth! A few things the hotel could improve on for the price point would be: Checking to ensure room systems (such as the phone, ceiling fan in the bathroom) and floor drink vending machines are in working order prior to check-in; providing more than one extra blanket and pillow in a room that can sleep 4 people; tech updating such as USB outlets in the room, and improving water pressure in the shower. Also, the bottled drinks we purchased later in the Legoland Park were much cheaper than the bottled drinks at the hotel gift shop (almost $5 for a bottle of water). Overall, thank you for a fun stay!

Great for Lego fans (especially under 12)
We have two kids, a boy (8) and a girl (5) who are both Lego fans (even more than Disney) and they both loved the park (maybe even more than Disney). They especially loved the hands on building activities like the build where they got to build they're own robot and program it. The rides were right about their level when it comes to interests. The coasters were small but fun (especially for their age). We especially liked playing with Lego bricks while we waited in line (the few times we waited at all). It probably would not be as fun for kids over 12. It was far less crowded than Disney (though we came on a rainy day). Since it was a rainy day, it was also great to have the rainy day guarantee which led to us having less stress in case we felt we missed something. The staff was friendly and helpful. The park was clean. It had nice Lego builds throughout (some even made noise which was fun for the kids). The layout of the park is a little confusing. The map was a little confusing. The Lego app used for directions did not always find the right direction we were going (that might have been mine or my phone's fault). I wish we had more time at the park to do some more hands on activities we missed (but we did come mid-May). All around we enjoyed it immensely.
