Ok hike in peaceful area.

I did the Lake Proctor Wilderness Loop Trail. It is 5.6 miles long and is relatively easy hike. You will get plenty of views of the lake, some wildlife and powerlines that run through part of the trail. I hiked on a Wednesday early afternoon and was the only hiker there. I highly recommend you use a trail hiking app as some parts of the trail are misleading.

Great Wilderness Area !
The Lake Proctor Wilderness Area is a 475 acre forest that is located off of S.R. 46 in Geneva , FL. It consists of a looping trail that is right around 5 to 6 miles in length. Most of the forest environment is scrub and pine , flatwoods & sandhills. It is an ideal location for bird watching but nothing other that's really notable to mention. It's an ideal location for hiking , bicycling and horseback.
