Much needed break after COVID craziness
We stayed the first day since they opened after COVID. We had an amazing time, the staff was courteous and very responsible in keeping up with all the new restrictions. The resort water park was absolutely awesome, the food was great, and the place was spotless. Even though many services were limited we enjoyed our stay. Great job to a couple of the amazing employees we interacted with, Jasmine at the front desk was awesome both at checking and check out, Andre took great care of us by the pool setting up the towels and checking on us, and Eric at the pool bistro provided us with great customer service. I can't remember all the lifeguards we talked to at the slides but they all had amazing attitudes and fun to be around. The property has bikes you can rent to ride around, great almost 3 mile path all around the resort property. Again I must say with all the restrictions in place all the employees were absolutely amazing.

Incredible Staff!
We are only on day 3 of 7 and I have to say the staff is Fabulous! Cesar at the pool desk is Wonderful. Along with Tiffany. Alejandro and Cedric at the pool are great at the pool too! Giuseppe and Harris at the pool Bar are so much fun! Yayson was our incredible server at Bourbon Steakhouse last night. Thank you for making the experience for our family so wonderful! We look forward to the rest of the week!

Great time!
We had such a lovely stay at this resort. The staff was so welcoming and kind and worked so hard to make sure we had everything we needed at al times! A specific bellman, Henry, stood out to us as he friendly, immensely helpful, knowledgable, and conversational. We would gladly stay here again.
