First Icemen game
I came here for the Icemen vs South Carolina Stingrays hockey game. This was my first time here. I found parking for $10 in a garage not too far from here. To get inside you have to go through a metal detector and wait before you can go inside and have your ticket scanned. I found my section and seat with no issues. I had a great seat and enjoyed the game. I also enjoyed watching the mascot Fang interact with the fans. He kept the crowd hyped up. The Icemen lost the game,.but I still had a great time and would come back.

Well Organized Arena
I was very happy with the staff and facilities at the Veterans Memorial Arena during a concert event that I attended. The staff were very well organized and the security check-in process was so smooth. Concession stand food is available (expensive, but if you're hungry you have to eat...). Bathrooms are conveniently placed every few entrances and escalators and elevators are available for accessibility. The arena is in a very good area and there is great parking just next door to the venue. I would definitely attend another event here.

Pretty easy to get to and park, if you get there early
These beg venues are always hard fo predict as far as parking, etc. We got there 1 1/2 hours early, parked in the main garage with no trouble. Lines at doors went quickly. IF you get there early there a couple of bars/restaurants close by.
