Good Movie Experience
I love going to the movies, with that said, I go at least 2 a month and I I think I will make iPic my set movie theater. Pros: You select your seat at time of purchasing your tickets. That means that you don't have to get there 30 minutes prior to the movie time to save seats because they are already assigned! The chairs are very comfortable. We sat in the ones that you can recline. they had blankets and their 3D glasses are awesome. the big screen was awesome as well. The price is the same as a regular movie teather (AMC, Regal Cinemas, Cinemark, etc) but you get more space. It feels almost personalized. It's your personal movie room. Friendly, attentive staff! enough said! cons: With their dinning offer, it was distracting seeing the servers delivering the food and drinks to the customers, taking orders, etc. My suggestion is (I know some managers actually read the reviews. My goal is to enhance the unique experience this place offers) to have the customers order their food and drinks before or after the movie so we don't have the servers delivering the items ordered during the showing. although they have a food menu, I didn't find it that enticing. I read in one of their websites that they had gourmet chicken nachos but when I got there, it was just pita nachos, with some other stuff.. not the type pf nachos I wanted to eat. It was hard to decide for other food items. I ended up going with the biscuits... not a fan. I had a glass of wine, so I cant tell much about their drinks. I will venture into them on my next visit. Overall, this is a great place to have a date. I think it might be too much to go with young kids.

Forgot to bring my food
My boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy an afternoon movie So my boyfriend decided to tell me about IPIC he was so excited to tell me how the seats lay all the way back how they give you blankets and they have nice drinks. So I was looking forward to having a nice drink and some lunch, once we arrived the line was really short and the customer service rep was awesome. After being seated I decided to order two shrimp tacos. The waiter seem to be rushing and not paying attention. Once the waiter walked off the movie began. Half way through the movie my boyfriend stated they forgot about your food and I stated I don’t even want it anymore the movie is almost done. I decided not to bring it up to management because I knew I was going to write a review. Companies have to understand customer service pays your paycheck.
