Timely and pleasant
My wife and I used Groome Transportation on Monday morning to return home to The Villages from MCO. It was a very pleasant and timely experience which we hope to repeat as needed in the future. David, our driver, arrived to the designated pickup point precisely at 7:20 as promised, confirmed he had the correct passengers, and loaded our bags. After waiting until 7:30, just in case there were any later reservations who might have arrived early, we were on our way. My wife and I were his only passengers. David was very pleasant to talk to. He made it clear that if we were tired, and preferred peace and quiet after our flights he would let us rest.

Great service needing tighter timelines.
My driver Linda was excellent and friendly. Super convenient but they need to get tighter and consistent on arrival and departure times. I took shuttle one way from MCO to Daytona Office park and ride. Sched said pick up 1:45, drop off 3:30. Pickup at term B and A both is 1:45 so being at A, the 2nd stop, it was actually 1:55. Not a huge deal. But we then picked up folks at Sanford. One of those passengers said he was told drop off at Daytona office was 4:20. That’s almost an hour difference. We were both being picked up at Daytona office so my friends waited around 20 min for me, the other passenger had to wait 30 min for his friend to get him. Great service but you’ll want to pad in xtra time.
