November 2021 I bought 5 annual passes for 2022 as I hoped myself and my family would be travelling a few times from Scotland to Florida in order to enjoy the park. Regrettably we didn’t manage and I thought I had lost the money I had paid. I contacted Fun Spot a few days ago and inquired if there was anything they could do to help with these unredeemed passes and immediately they offered either a full refund or to validate the passes for 2023. I opted for the refund as I don’t think we will manage next year. Can’t speak highly enough of the impeccable, no quibble service I received from Tammy, the Call Centre Manager; her very prompt responses and the immediate actions she took to resolve this matter. Highly recommend this business.

Love Fun spot Kissimmee
It was such a good experience in kissimmee! Having a big family is hard to do things we can afford Ama having special needs children makes it even more difficult. From the biggining when e reach that we meet Lorie at the ticket booth she was so sweet to her time explaining to us Ama answering multiple questions! She went beyond her job helping us feel welcomed and feel confident our kids where going to be sabe and have a good time!! Unfortunately I can't say the same about the Orlando location as we encounter trouble with the shoffer bracelet becouse they found the kids where to big to need one not understanding they are disable after contacting the website they did help us but we left the orlando location and decided to go back to the kissimmee one where they fixed the problem and my kids had a Blast. Thank you Fun stop Kissimmee and a special recognition to Lorie for being such a proffecional kind and sweet sport!
