Glad to get fresh Oranges
Happily, Ferris Groves is a short drive and one that we are happy to take. The place is exceptionally clean and offers several different varieties of fresh Oranges. Of course the seasons govern what's available. We wanted HoneyBells and were pleased at the freshness and taste of their product. We also bought a Grapefruit and after eating it I wished I had bought more. Another trip for sure. We highly recommend a stop at Ferris Groves for good fresh fruit. Highlights of the Renaissance Area of Florida "Ferris Groves in Floral City
Great old fashion Citrus Shop with Fresh Oranges and Tangerines. Strawberries were just coming in season. Everything looked Clean and Fresh. The shop looked like one I remember visiting in the early 60's.

Very good strawberry milkshakes
We stopped at Ferris Groves in January 2020, while riding the Whthlacoochee Trail. You can access this place very easily from the trail. They have restrooms and other goodies (such as orange based slushies) We sat outside and enjoyed watching the sandhill cranes while savoring our milkshakes.
