What A Dump!
We took the whole family out bowling for a Sunday evening. So sorry that we went to Edwards Bowling Center. This place is a dump and is absolutely the worst bowling alley I have ever been in (I have bowled a lot all across the USA). Shoes were disgusting, lanes were filthy, balls were greasy and oily, and the staff was extremely rude! We will NOT be going back to this bowling alley - I strongly suggest that others find somewhere/something else to do for fun!

Bring Your Own Ball! EVERY SINGLE ball I picked up had chips and gauges - and I picked up at least a dozen. No one else in my family could find a ball without major flaws. MAJOR - not minor chip or gauge - MAJOR. The person behind the counter was very rude and they also closed on us prior to their posted closing time. I will not be going back again.

GM doesn't have a clue how to run a successful bowling alley.
First of all I pulled my team out of any further league play until a certain employee who threatened violence against me is fired and trespassed off the property. I should receive a refund for any prize fund money I contributed if this doesn't happen. This below satisfactory bowling alley needs a complete and thorough overhaul because its breaks down constantly. The lanes are in terrible condition. The employees have no customer service skills when dealing with the public, unless its someone they like or are related to. There is never the appropriate amount of oil on the lanes. Its impossible to get anyone's attention about any problem and when you make mention of of it you get threatened with violence. If something isn't quickly done about the level of professionalism and business acumen with this facility, it will close its self. Ive been bowling for 50 years and never had had the complete and utter disrespect divulged towards me like I have had at this place. I can take rudeness but I can have someone threatening to beat me up over a simple complaint.
