Brilliant day out.

We visited on a beautiful Monday afternoon.$6 entry fee to stay all day if you like. Walks, Children's play area, swimming in the Spring fed water and boat rides (which need pre booking online) Boat rides are brilliant value and very informative, we saw loads of wildlife. Visit the lodge for the restaurant or cafe(you can stay there too) or just for a look round (the lobby ceiling is beautiful) I really recommend a visit here.

    Visited as a stop off whilst travelling to Orlando, we had a quick bite to eat beforehand in the lodge and it was the best food we've eaten on our trip and very reasonably priced. The boat trip itself was fantastic, quiet and serene and we saw plenty of wildlife with the ranger being a real character and informative. It was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole group and we would have gotten straight back on to go again if there had been availability. Thank you for such a great afternoon ?

    Capt. Cat made Wakulla Spring come alive
    We took the Wakulla Springs Boat ride. The boat was the Heron, with a wonderful Captain who made the ride not only enjoyable but she was funny and very informative. The boat ride was 8 dollars for an hour ride and it was the best 8 dollars I have spent in a long time. Saw manatees and gators and birds etc etc and she could pick them out of the vegetation Awesome ride that we all made better for the Amazing Captain Cat
