Great workouts, awesome community
I moved to the area a few months ago and I have been welcomed to this community with open arms. I am a previous gym owner myself, so cleanliness, programming, friendly community, but most of all knowledgeable COACHING is what I was looking for in my new gym. The owner is very knowledgeable, organized, offers more classes than many other gyms, and is even open every weekend for planned classes. For beginners he has a basic-movement class that helps people that are new to crossfit understand how to move safely. I highly recommend!

Go by their policies, when they want to enforce them. Dont bother the owner, "Im not going to make everyone happy".
On the fly "policies". Will sometimes close the gym early on the weekends, prior to the actual closing time. The owner has been rude when people express criticism. Their app is garbage, and the owners response "Im not going to please everybody".
