Kenny Kimhan believes it’s ok to respond as displayed in the pic below when he feels insulted by a realistic offer to an marketplace ad on Facebook. Regardless if he feels insulted or not. You don’t mix personal feelings while representing a business. Seems he has some personal issues he needs to figure out.

do not book with this company!
never rent from this place! very nice until you want to speak with kenny about your service and charges and then he will hang up on you after talking over you and not letting you speak. so unprofessional. they will blame you for vehicles breaking down and not starting again with no proof you did anything and arent willing to discuss it, on the defense austomatically. twice this guy has said we broke it, once before his crew, not even himself, saw it at the park or asked what happened, and again before he even looked himself or talked to his mechanic. his crew ryan took the clutch apart and said it wasnt our fault even before our reservation was done. but then kenny who hasnt even talked to his mechanic yet says no we broke it. dont believe a word from their crew as kenny stated they are new and dont know anything, they just deliver the vehicles. staff is staff and represents the company in everything they say and do, period. a good business doesnt say oh it doesnt matter what he said, he is new. they will cut into your ride time to use the vehicles you rented to recover other vehicles. will be filing a BBB complaint
