If you are looking for a fishing adventure that comes with outstanding service consider booking a fishing charter with Captain Mike and 1st mate Andrew. They maintained a perfect balance of being friendly and attentive while staying professional throughout the entire trip. Novice and experienced fishers received the same treatment, so get out there and fish! The boat and restrooms were clean, Captain Mike was vigilant about putting us on the fish and Andrew kept our fish on ice and replenished bait throughout the trip. Our experience with them for a birthday outing with 8 people exceeded all our expectations. We encourage others to make this a necessary part of any vacation while in the area.

Private charter
We did a private charter for a "Memorial at Sea" where we scattered the ashes of a couple of family members. Private charters are done in the afternoon, after the daily fishing trip. Everything went very well. The boat was nice. No fish parts were around. The Captain and Crew were helpful, professional, and efficient. If you need a private charter for anything, (hopefully something a little happier), we can honestly recommend them.

Perfect Day on the water fishing
Fist time out on Cortez Deep Sea Fishing. The day Dec. 19th was perfect. The Staff was excellent, worked hard to make the day great and catch fish. You will not go wrong taking your family and friends on this day out fishing. They tell you to bring a cooler with your drinks and things to eat. The provide bait, ice for your fish and will take your fish off for you. We went out at 8am and returned at 2. If you catch you can also have some cooked at the Seafood Shack Restaurant right at the dock for a fee. I have many photos and videos of the trip on my Flickr account album.
