Excellent local distillery in Daytona that makes great spirits and pays tribute to Local fallen heroes
This distillery has three delicious products, vodka, rum, and beer barreled rum. The vodka is really delicious and has no harsh ethanol taste. Made purely with sugarcane, it’s very smooth on the pallet. In the the distillery tasting room is a really nice tribute to the local fallen heroes in the military and first responders/law enforcement. This is an excellent local business and offers a military/law enforcement discount. The vodka was a must for me to purchase!

Gained great insight & appreciation of craft distilling.
A wonderful experience touring this craft distillery. The entire process was described with great enthusiasm, and a fair amount of humor, by owner/operator/distiller Jeremy Craig. We left with a much greater appreciation of the art of distilling... after some mighty fine product sampling!! If you have ever wondered why you should try a craft product, stop by Copper Bottom and leave enlightened. So glad we did.
