Great place to ride bikes
This is a great place to spend an afternoon! The trails are wel kept and perfect for riding a mountain bike or trail bike.

Sweet park, basketball, pickle ball, tennis, play ground and dog park with water views
We've walked here a few times.. short but sweet. Recently we were lucky enough to spot three parrots on the overhead wires. Tennis court is beautiful but windy. Lot's of pickle ball.. but go early.

Great family activity
This park was created in November 2017 and is in the middle of Longboat Key behind Ace Hardware. There is a small children's playground, beautiful views of Sarasota Bay, basketball courts (with basketballs!), shuffleboard courts, and pickle ball and tennis courts. The courts have lights and are available until 11 pm. There also is a multipurpose field for soccer or baseball. There is a community center with programs for yoga and other physical activity. It is a wonderful community resource.
