Comfortable Seats but had to wait outside for advanced screening
Come here for the Night Screening advanced screening and for whatever reason, everyone waiting for the showing had to wait outside even tho there was plenty of space in the theater for us to wait. I can't complain too much because it was free and the theater was hosting this opportunity but this is Miami and it gets hot! Even in the evening. Besides that the seats were very comfortable, the concession line was long so get there early. And the theater was clean. Not the best theater but not the worst either.

Filthy Theatres and Slow Service
There are so many better options in Miami besides AMC Sunset Place. The theatres are always terribly dirty- the seats, floors, trash in the hallways. No one comes around to close the doors when the movie starts, so in theatres near the lobby, you can hear all of the lobby and crowd noise (and sometimes the light spilling in) during the quiet moments. And, to redeem prepaid ticket vouchers, you have to go to the box office on the lower level for a staff member to complete the transaction and cannot use the ticket machines. I’ve never seen more than 2 people working the windows (and they’re very slow) causing huge lines that hardly move. It shouldn’t take 20-25 minutes to get tickets in a box office line.

Ghetto
This property needs some serious renovation. Plus, the sound quality for the 1 movie I have viewed here was average, at best. PLUS, I did not receive the promotional poster I was supposed to. Strike Three!
