Really nice venue to see a concert
Saw Springsteens concert last night here. There were plenty of ushers to help guide us and plenty of kiosks to get drinks - expensive of course - beer 16.25 , mixed drink 21 I believe , water 5. Lots of food offerings. We had Chase Club seats and I tried to look up if there were options … but only say hockey extras . Early on there was also an option to buy tickets 100+ for a buffet with drinks . Actually the Chase club had its own food and bars ( with chairs) much more relaxed atmosphere. We had already eaten standing up by then - but the food looked of better fresher quality . Seats were comfortable and I would definitely get Chase Club section 8 seats again

Clean, efficient, Great!!
Visited for a Lightning game just this week— EXCELLENT. Everyone was polite, efficient. Obviously it was PACKED and they opened the doors a few minutes early and as hoards of people made their way in, it all went very quickly, despite the crowds. They gave out loads of swag. It was pride night and there were rainbows about and I didnt witness any hate or intolerance. Restrooms were clean both times I visited. Condiment areas were clean, none of the trash was overflowing or anything like that. Excellent, as far as this sort of venue goes for a sporting event. Lots of good & bev options. Prices were outrageous but that's just how it goes at these things. 10 bucks for a pretzel 10 bucks for popcorn you get the idea. But overall, very well done. Would go again and probably will.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra
My wife and I saw TSO here on 12/18/22. We are fans (it was her second time seeing them and my fourth). Amazing and dazzling show! We had great seats. The arena security and staff were courteous and on the ball. Venue is clean and easy to navigate. We didn't have time to grab dinner on the way to the show, so we ate inside the arena, which we knew would be pricey (around $30 for a burger and a basket of chicken fingers and fries). Because of that extra arena inflation, I am giving them 4 stars.
