Labor Day Paddle With Friends
Took advantage of a Labor Day promo special on a kayak tour of Blackburn Bay, Spanish Point and beautiful gulf beach access. Our guide Jeff was the best. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area and showed us some cool landmarks. Will definitely be back to do private lessons with Jeff!

Highly Recommend Kayak Rental
I highly recommend renting sea kayaks from Silent Sports to paddle at Oscar Scherer State Park South Creek. They have equipment in excellent condition and have two time slots per day. On Nov 17 my husband and I rented an afternoon booking at 1:00 to explore South Creek and out to Intercostal waterway. They delivered two nice sit on top kayaks which were sized for myself 5’4” and husband 6’ tall. We have paddled up South Creek annually to enjoy the rustic scenery in the campground. On this day the tide was low so we decided to paddle out and explore the neighborhoods on canal waterways. I have rented probably a half dozen times from Silent Sports and will rent from them again.

Great Buying Experience
Most Kayak Dealers want to sell you a kayak. Jeff wants to ensure you are in the correct kayak/SUP for your size and ability. I went out for a private paddle lesson with Jeff. It was the best money I've spent. I ended up buying a larger kayak that Jeff recommended for my size/ability. I also came back and bought a SUP. Well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive. Very knowledgeable courteous Staff.
