Wonderful Experience
We are glad we chose to rent through this company. The pontoon boat was very nice, and clean. The staff was polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us have a safe, family adventure during this pandemic (wore face coverings on the boat with us, and stated boats was washed daily). My family had a wonderful time! We will certainly be repeat customers.

Boating Made Easy
From start to finish this was an amazing experience! They have a website that tells you pretty much everything you need to know and the customer service on the phone is professional and helpful. Reserving a boat is easy either on the phone or through the website (I've done both) and you get an email with all of your paperwork so you can do everything electronically ahead of time. When you show up the boats are in the water, gassed up, all of the safety gear (life jackets, etc) is on board, and everything is ready to go. The boats are pretty new, well maintained, and very spacious. They have bimini tops so sun or shade is your choice. Doctors Lake, the Saint Johns River, Black Creek, and surrounding areas are beautiful. We saw a lot of egrets and even saw manatee on one of our outings! There are restaurants that you can get to by water and a nearby beach to be able to get out and stretch your land legs. Coming back in, they meet you at the end of the dock and pull the boat up to the fuel dock for you (so no worries about navigating a narrow channel or around other boats in tight quarters). You pay to fill your boat back up, unload, and that's it! Everything from start to finish was easy and enjoyable. They have great boats, a fantastic staff, and are in a beautiful area. As a side note, as a former boat owner, I can also say one of the greatest parts is no maintenance and no clean up! You just go out and enjoy your day and let the company do all the work. Now that's how to do boating.
