Apple Computer Geek Paradise
Being an Apple computer geek, this little museum was one of the highlights of our three week trip to Spain and Portugal. We had a one night stop in Caceres as part of our car journey from Madrid, Spain to Evora, Portugal; I was overjoyed to discover this museum just across the street from our hotel! It has the entire history of Apple computers, along with other items of computing historical significance. I wish I had taken notes during our visit that was personally guided by the museum curator. We were the only ones present at the time, so it was a very personalized tour. We were the first visitors from Southern California, United States, so if you stop in for a visit on the basis of this review, tell him "Kathy from California" sent you. ;) At the end, I got to choose an apple (the kind you can eat) from an apple shaped wooden basket. Even if you are a PC'er rather than an Apple person, if you are a computer / tech person, you will find the museum very interesting. The size and weight of the first portable computer is an amazing thing to consider.

Amazing trip into Apple and PC history
We loved the visit to this museum. You will get a personal tour through the history of Apple and see all these machines working, this is really spectacular! You can even play some of the old games and pose for a picture with your favorite colour of clam shell laptops! Take an hour or so for the tour.
