Rome Around at your Leisure
Narrow streets, modern shops shut for siesta but open when it's cooler. Plenty of ruins some requiring a ticket others are just free to see.

Merida - UNESCO heritage sight
Ancient Emerita Augusta - theatre and amphitheatre, Roman aqueducts, old stone bridge, alcazaba, circus, ancient houses and temples - it all sums up and allowed Merida to enter the UNESCO World Heritage list.
