Go out of your way to try then!

We chose 4 tapas dishes. More than enough, really high quality and great service. Young energetic staff who were attentive but not smothering, courteous and smiley. And the service was speedy. Highly recommend a lunchtime (well, 2.00pm) visit.

    Worth a Quick Visit
Due to its city center location do stop by for a quick look. Not too much to see other than the arch itself, most of the adornments have been lost.

    Visit Mérida.
After you have seen the basilica de Santa Eulalia, you are on the “Avenida de Extremadura” so when leaving the site, turn right and follow this avenue who will turn into “Almendralejo” and we will turn left in the fourth street, so you will arrive on the “Plaza de la Constitution”, and into the right corner you will see the “Arco Trajano”. Who has possibly being an entrance for the old town it is a Hugh construction and means for us the end of our visit to Mérida. When you have your car in the underground car-park on the river bank near the “Lusitania Bridge”, then return on your steps end follow again downhill the “Almendralejo” who will bring you on the roundabout and from here it is a few steps until the car-park. We do hope that you had a nice visit in Mérida.
