Modern Art Heaven
Structurally breathtaking building on Oslo waterfront. Modern Art Museum over a few floors. Highlights were Damien Hirst exhibits, David Hockney paintings and the iconic Jeff Koons Michael Jackson & Bubbles sculpture. Well worth a hour of your time, then wander around the Tjuvholmen area.

Contemporary Art Museum.
This is a contemporary Arts museum in the centre of Oslo. (Akkers Bridge) The star of the show was Damien Hirst’s cow and calf encased in formaldehyde. I also enjoyed seeing the Jeff Koons sculpture. The exhibits are limited to lesser known artists, but they are very good. I truly enjoyed my visit. Entrance fee is 100 NOK or free with Oslo Pass. I used my 24 hr Oslo Pass to all the museums I reviewed. Next to the exhibition hall are sculptures/installations .
