Lovely
The view is absolutely beautiful overlooking the lower orchard. I think we will come back in October when it is a little cooler to picnic there and spend some more time admiring the view. They have a nice variety of apples and their prices are reasonable. They also have some farm animals to feed and pet for the kids!

Bugs and Blemishes- Oh, My!
Our family loves apple picking season! We have recently moved to TN from the Bay Area (Northern California). We chose to pick at this farm as it was only an hour from our home. The owners were especially accommodating, however, my husband had a misunderstanding with the owner’s daughter and chose to sit things out. The apple varieties were quite good, yet due to the time of year many of the apples were already on the ground. Also, they use to use “organic” herbicides which many “bugs” seem to ignore. It was difficult to find apples without brown markings (bug bites, worms, etc). I filled one bag and then selected the rest of mine from their inside cooler. The inside cooler had a few less apple blemishes.

Limited Selection but Quality Products
We have attended a few Farmers' Markets and the Amish bring their goods--but generally a small turnout. The apples from the orchard and varied and the apple cider is the best! We enjoy our visits but would love a better selection. There are farm animals around for kids, one can pick apples and there is a good selection of spices and honey from the owner.
