Twin Hunebedden
These are a pair of hunebedden that deserve a visit. Many of the hunebedden come in pairs, so these are just one of many examples of the twin phenomenon. However, these two are unique in the fact that one has been fully excavated and the other one remains untouched.

We were staying in Borger and made it our "mission" to see the local Hunebedden. It was very nice to see these two hunebedden, of which one hasn't been excavated. The information board is both in Dutch and English and tells a lot about them. As they're surrounded by farmland and some trees it's also a nice place for birdwatching.
