    Must see
We really enjoyed our visit here. It was a nice walk with a good amount of stuff to look at inside and out. After leaving, I found out my dad was here when he was in the Army. That ended up making it extra special.

Great visit on a cold winter's day
We took a tour of the continually upgraded Ft Miles Museum. The historic interpreter was excellent as was learning about the facility. The facility was actually used in different fashions until the 90's, and was what was likely the saving grace for keeping it in fairly original condition. Gorgeous location on the Atlantic. The history of the facility was interesting and answers some of the questions you might have but not learned in our history books. Good tour for folks with kids, even in strollers or wheelchairs too.
