Great place to see.

Friendly and courteous. Was a nice stop after the White Mountains color tour. Would visit again when nearby.

peach hunting
I went to get peaches for a chutney I had recently leaned to make, I was excited to see I could buy them in bulk and the then was wonderfully advised if I was going to make my chutney soon then I could purchase peaches that were ready to go at a discount. The week before I had experimented with the recipe and spent the same money for half the peaches and these babies were from the farm. Lovely samples too!

Hidden gem for peaches, apples
No trip to Greenfield/Deerfield would be complete in the late summer/fall without a stop at Clarkdale for peaches (now) or apples (later in the fall). Their white peaches are ripe and full of juicy sweetness. A quart (about 5-6 medium peaches) is $5-6 and they had free samples of some of their apples. You are parked on a dirt driveway on the edge of the orchard and will make your way into a small open barn to make your purchases. There is not a lot to see here but it is a fun place to visit as the people are friendly and the scenery is beautiful. Nice change from your typical grocery stop and good to see a local farm doing well.
