Dolphins came to say hello
This is a lovely relaxed boat trip with such friendly staff onboard. We had our two children (aged 8 & 5) with us and they were delighted to get to see the dolphins which swam alongside the boat for 15min or so. You have the option to move freely around the boat, sitting inside or outside and there’s tea and coffee on sale. This trip is definitely worth the money for the stunning views, the guides description of points of interest and those amazing dolphins if you’re lucky enough to spot them! At 3 hours it might be a bit long for younger children but couldn’t fault it otherwise!

highly recommend
On our first day in Donegal we took the walking tour/ bus to Slieve Liag from the Visitors Center. The trip was amazing. Then on the last day of our vacation, Friday July 15th, we decided to try the cruise to Slieve Liag out of Killybeg Harbor. What a great experience. The boat gave us the opportunity to see the places we had travelled on the WAW from the sea. When we approached Slieve Liag we were awestruck by the majesty of the cliffs. The boat made its way into the area allowing us the chance to see the magnificent height of the cliffs, the caves and the giants desk and chair. Having had the opportunity to experience the cliffs from above, I highly recommend taking an Atlantic Coastal Cruise out of Killybegs Harbor to see and appreciate the dramatic views along the WAW and especially Slieve Liag. The company runs a top notch 90 minute cruise.

Leisurely cruise along stunning coastline
Fantastic trip. Very nice boat. Comfortable seating for everyone. Stunning views of the harbour and beautiful coastline. Leisurely trip to the dramatic Sliabn Liag cliffs. Detours at any sighting of dolphins. We were ultimately rewarded with a school of 12 or so dolphins playing along side the boat. Bar on board meant you could have a cold beer soaking the sights in. Fantastic value. Trip took over 3 hours due to the dolphin detours. Would definitely recommend and return.
