Where my mother was born!
This country farm was my grandfather's. He had a still and a good garden. It's a chance to really see the country with a quiet drive around the farm.

An unusual spot
My husband and I stayed in the wheel house on our anniversary trip. There is plenty to do on the site. There is a small miniature golf course, canoes, paddle boats, all free to use during your stay. There is a simply playground, but much of the site needs attention, such as fresh paint, that sort of thing. The wheel house has updated features. While we were there, there was a severe thunderstorm that dumps unusual amounts of rain which caused flooding from the water that comes over the falls near the water wheel and parts of the road were covered with water. The owners are very nice and accommodating. From November to the end of December, they have a drive-thru Christmas light display and other activities.
