30 minute workout and personal attention!
I'm a member of Cookeville's local Curves workout gym and I love it! I've lost 46 lbs. and kept it off for almost 4 years! And when I travel, I can get a pass and find a Curves near where I'm staying. Leslie, the owner is a great gal and always makes us feel cared for and welcome. It's a great place to socialize as well; we visit while we work out and pretty soon the workout is complete; easy and efficient!
