Not Impressed

Stopped in to catch the Troll movie on a Friday evening. The place was packed. Parking was difficult...there really seemed as if there was not enough parking area. There was only one person at the ticket both...it took a while to get out 3 tickets. There were several staff hanging out at the concessions but only one was actually working and taking orders ....it took forever to get a bottle water and some cheese popcorn. The place was not well kept...popcorn and sticky floors everywhere...the sound system was average..the seating was rigid and not comfortable...no adjusting or reclining.. You can tell there is little or no competition from other cinemas in this market....if there was....this place will be in trouble. The movie was cute...my 9 year old daughter loved it.. Just an average place with poor customer service....not impressed.

    No sound
Went to see Rogue One in 3D, we sat in theater #3 but the only speakers which worked were in the very front of the theater, surround sound was not working at all. I spoke to two separate employees who each said they would speak to the movie deck. When I finally spoke to the manager she offered to refund our tickets through Atom. I was grateful to get the refund but the movie was seriously lacking due to the sound. I spoke to the manager again upon leaving & she said they were also having the same troubles with theater #1 which was showing the same movie. Perhaps the issue was with the movie itself?
