Bad Business Practice
I gave only 2 star because of bad management practice only. Don't know the actual gaming experience here. I bough a Groupon couple of months back and went there driving 10 miles. I have been told that there is a Birthday Party in progress and don't have any free lanes, they asked me to come back next day saying there is no scheduled events, accepted. Next day another person at the front desk said, they have team competition ON and don't have any free lanes and asked me to come back next week. At that point I felt that they don't want to honor Groupon with different excuse everyday. Thankfully Groupon refunded my money. I will not go there again.

Hate this place
Purchased a Groupon for 4 for myself ahead of time and wanted to bring guest so encouraged them to purchase one on Day I went to use. Did not realize there was a 24hr waiting period for them to use which was fine but staff rude about it. We decided to stay and use mines, picked up 3 pairs of shoes and waited for last person to need shoes. Go back to get the shoes and staff hesitant to give shoes as if we were coming to walk out with them. Was told popcorn and soda would be brought to us. After 30 mins, I go to counter and request and go back to table. I see him make popcorn but they don’t bring to table. I go to counter and ask about and told you just walked away. I told him I was told it would be brought to lane he says yeah but you were already standing here and walked away. I repeat what we were told and he only gives me popcorn. I ask for soda INCLUDED and he again gives me an attitude as if I’m wrong for asking for what I paid for. We get it and there is no salt or butter on popcorn. I go back and am told it doesn’t come with salt or butter. Will not be returning.
