Historical Site of the American Revolution

The Wright Tavern looks today as it did on the eve of the American Revolutionary War. This structure, built in 1747, is the location that the Committees of the Provincial Congress, and the Headquarters of the Minutemen the day before the "Shot heard around the world"! On April 19, 1775, the day of the beginning of the war, this tavern changed hands and fell under British command. Located on Lexington Road in Concord, this is a must see location for American Revolutionary War enthusiasts.
