Nice walk-able area, lots to see. Its was in the 40's for February so we walked the town and were impressed.

Walked here several times
I walked around Monument Square several times during my visit to Concord in April 2022. Main Street is nearby with many shops and restaurants. Next time there are several things of historical interest that I would like to visit. The monument is a good photo opportunity.

Not much to see
Monument Square is an oblong "square" in more or less the center of Concord town. It is a nice grassy area, covered with trees, and there's a monument in the center. But beyond that, there was no compelling reason for us to tarry there when there were so many other more interesting places around Concord to visit.
