The American movie I saw was in English!
I purchased tickets to see an American movie with my adult daughter. My contactless credit card was accepted. This theater was structured similar to what we have in the United States and the food offered was similar too. They even had food deals like we have in the States! All the previews were in Spanish but the actual American movie was in English. It was fun seeing a movie in Spain and seeing the Spanish commercials! We got a bucket of popcorn and a soda and a bottled water. It was a wonderful break for us!

    Taking advantage of their position
Unfortunately this is one of the few theatres in Madrid projecting VOS (Original subtitled version) movies. Located 2 minutes walk from Sol, you will get lots of people, high prices, and small theatre rooms. We used to go there because there are almost no other options, even though it is expensive and the size of the screen is at least 40% smaller than those in rooms projecting movies in Spanish. Of course, the price of the entrance is not even close to -40% off. Honestly last week I left the theatre (for the last time) feeling I could have watched that movie on a LCD screen and it would have not made any difference... Well yes, in the price for sure. Honestly I do not feel like paying so much money for such a bad experience... It is a rip-off, I hope new options rise in a near future for those of us who like to enjoy movies in their original language. After all we are not talking about a delicatessen, are we?
