Great to see the city in lights, but more diverse itinerary will be better
Try to get the tickets well in advance! We managed to get them one day before, but it was a sheer luck! To see the city in lights from the top of a double decker is a great experience, Madrid is very picturesque! I would recommend changing the return route if possible: you see the same streets twice.
