The las rozas village vip client lounge
Very good outlet with the best VIP services. I highly recommend every body to become a member in the vip client services , every time you want to visit the outlet just contact them so they can help you with transports ,hand free service , VIP launge and the more discounts . Thanks alot to pablo and patricia for their professional service ?

Nice store but painful and unclear return policy
Prada Ourlet- staff was helpful and selection and prices were good. However beware that you can’t return bags at the outlet. You only get store credit that expires in one year. We bought two bags in the outlet at Barcelona and my daughter changed her mind and wanted to return one. Unlike regular Prada stores where you can return they dont let you return at the outlet. We had to exchange . The English return policy on the back of their receipt is not very clear about return policy. And because we had gotten the tax free document, they had to call the Barcelona store and get it cancelled after permission from the manager and get credit before we could redo the whole transaction. It was painful. Staff however were extremely patient . I don’t recommend buying an outlet bag unless you are 100% satisfied
