Do not miss the Estanque de Los Chinescos

Very beautiful park and very big, it took us around 20 minute walk from the Royal Palace till we reached the Estanque de Los Chinescos which is the most beautiful part of the park. Definetly put it in your route! We managed to take incredible pictures. Lots of shade and also on the way there were public toilets which was helpful.

A BIT OF FRANCE IN SPAIN
Located behind the palace, the gardens are a rare example of a classic French garden in Spain. Planned out in great detail, we can fortunately simply appreciate the final result. It took seven years to complete, from 1728 to 1735. It includes fine vases, lovely fountains and green spaces in its intricate plan. Short of more advisory information re its planning, it is hard to appreciate the totality of the site but it is not to be missed before or after touring the palace. There is no entry fee to walk around.
