Great Experience
There was a very courteous and gracious young security guard (KYLE) who directed us to the only breakfast cafe opened (6:00 am) at the time we arrived as we were so hungry. We ate at Snooze which offered great food and great service with the option of dining inside or outside in the patio. My husband loved his breakfast platter & I enjoyed eggs Benedict (pictures). What a lovely start to our train trip from Denver to Reno. Beautiful train station.

People watching spot
Went late after all the shops and restaurants there were closed except for a bar in the front. Large open vaultuous room with seating for variety and surrounded by the various shops almost like a mall. Light rail system stops here so you have all different types of people coming through. Had drinks from the bar and sat and people watched at around 9 or 10. Drink from the bar up front was gross - had liquid smoke or something in it. But it was strong so we got some real laughs just sitting and watching.
