Crown Hill Park - Lovely walk in cool weather
Today we took the one mile loop around Crown Hill Lake and wildlife refuge. It's a lovely spot for an Urban walk. On a Friday morning, it was populated by people walking their dogs and pushing their baby strollers. It is level with lovely vistas of the front range. This would be a more difficult walk on a very hot day as there was no shade.

A walk around the lake or the park perimeter- choices
A park with lots of parking in two lots. A bathroom facility that is clean! Really clean ? Wheelchairs have no problem on the cement paths or getting to them from the main parking lot. The vista of the front range is never boring. Your walk can be short around the lake/pond or longer around the dirt path perimeter. The cement paths are plowed on the winter.
