A modern stadium with an old-fashioned feel, this is one of the National League's first new parks built exclusively for baseball since 1962.

A wonderful venue and exciting experience seeing a 31 Yr. old make it to the big leagues
I have always wanted to visit Coors Field just to see the dingers fly out of the field of play into one of the decks due to the altitude and low humidity. My son took us and our two grandsons to a game between the Rockies and the Arizona D-Backs. As an aside, the Rockies won 5 – 3 that night. In addition, we got the pleasure of seeing Wynton Bernard (aged 31) playing in his first major league baseball game after 11 seasons in the minors. The crowd was extremely supportive and applauded and cheered every time he came up to the plate or made a play in the field. It was truly a heart-warming scene and gives testament to the axiom of “keep on trying.” The stadium was a mix of an old-fashioned stadium mixed with modern accoutrements. All the services and food and souvenir vendors were on the mezzanine level and easily accessible to the fans. This venue felt similar to recently built stadia like Citi Field in New York or the Orioles complex in Baltimore. We had a very enjoyable evening and would revisit this stadium upon our next trip to Denver.

    Would recommend the group tour
Would really recommend doing a tour of Coors Field - even if, like me, you have zero knowledge of baseball. It’s right in the centre of the city, so easy to get to, & the tour offers great value for money. The ball park itself is modern, clean and has some interesting history!
