Spectacular Catholic Church
Whenever we are in Chicago on a Sunday, we always attend the 10:30am mass. Feels like attending a mass in a church in Europe. Not sure what is going on with the protestors in front of the Cathedral, they have been there every time there is a mass. They don’t harass or bother anyone, but it’s a bit strange.

Go for the ceiling!
Even if you’re not a religious person (I’m not), this building can be enjoyed. The ceiling is absolutely stunning! If you only go for that, it’s worth it, but the rest of the cathedral is also beautiful. It’s also impaired in that it’s right on a busy inner-city block, but you’d never know it once you’re inside.
