There are many entertainment areas on the observation deck. For example, the highest ice-cream and chocolate factories in the world and amazing 360° view of Moscow. There are also a 360 restaurant, a mini-cinema and a gift shop.

Great views
This is easy to get to. I headed for the nearby shopping mall where I purchased my ticket; getting to the lift entrance was not difficult as there are lots of staff around to guide you. It’s probably stating the obvious but only go when the weather is good or in the evening when the city is lit up. It’s a friendly atmosphere up on the deck with the free chocolate and ice cream. There is also a cafe, souvenir shop and toilets.

Incredible Views
Luckily , at this time there are very few tourists, so on a clear day its a perfect time to visit. Tickets are available at the desk in the Mall next to the tower, and they give clear instructions on how to get to the attraction. The lift in the Federation Tower takes a minute or two with a short commentary, then you're at the 89th floor. There's a cloakroom, free ice cream, chocolate samples, a restuarent and gift shop, but the view is the main attraction. There are floor to ceiling windows all around and fantstic views right across Moscow. Its very helpful for orientation, but mainly for just appreciating the height of the building, and the scale of the City. Its great value for money if you just want to see the view, with other items added on if required. I'd suggest a visit during daylight and another at night. There are even cushions scattered aroud for sitting on in order to stay even longer, free wifi and an app that helps with the sight seeing, Its an easy Metro journey from central Moscow. Don't miss it.
