Here we’ll treat you to this old Russian delicacy and tell you about some of the local legends, traditions and habits bound up with it. One of the best places to visit in Kolomna
This is a museum with an interactive exhibit representing a way of living of Kolomna 17-19th centuries merchants is, doubtless, well done. Their dramatic sketches are interesting and sometimes absorbing. Their marshmallow is authentic - they really search for old receipts in archives and return old desserts. I live in Kolomna and this is one of my loveliest places in the city. They sell marshmallows all year long but in summers a small cozy and semi-rural style cafe waits for people (located to the right from the main entrance).

Interesting performance with degustation
Musem has different excursions: it changed depends of seasons. A visiting includes a degustation and performance about traditionals citizen's life. The second part consist of the history about manufacturing of Colomna's pastila.
